What are your hours?
Friday & Saturday night from 5pm until the dough runs out. We will be expanding hours in March 2019 and will keep you posted on the details!
How big is the pizza?
All of our pies are 18”, cut into 8 slices and serve approximately 3-4 people.
How do I place an order?
We begin accepting slice/pie orders at 5pm sharp. Orders are taken at the bar (along with your drinks!) in both taprooms.
Can I order takeout/delivery?
Due to the limited number of pies available each night we can only serve to patrons of the Eighty-Eight taprooms and are unable to accommodate to-go orders.
Why do you only make a limited number of pies each night?
Mike preps all of the ingredients, makes all the dough from scratch and bakes every pie himself. He also works a full-time day job; therefore, due to time limitations he is only able to produce a limited amount of pizza each weekend. Mike plans to commit to making pizza full time, expanding hours and dough quantity in the very near future (aiming for March 2019). Stay tuned!
How long is the wait for a slice?
We always have a handful of pies devoted to slices ready for 5pm. You will usually get your slice within 15 minutes from the time you order. ***Due to the demand for whole pies and to mitigate long wait times, we are now only offering slices at the start of service.***
How long is the wait for a whole pie?
Wait times vary from night to night depending on demand: it can take anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes to get your order, but on average wait times range from 30 to 60 minutes. We make it our priority to communicate accurate wait-times to the taproom staff so you can decide if you want to wait or not (but we assure you it’s worth it!).
When do you usually sell out?
We can sell out at different times each night depending on demand and how fast the orders come in. On average, we sell out 2.5 to 3 hours after service begins. While we do sell out most nights, some nights are chill, and we can sling pies as late as 9pm.
I was told you are sold out but still see pizzas coming out of the kitchen?
Even though we are sold out, orders that were already placed are still being served.
Can I order a half-and-half?
We are happy to offer a half-and-half option with The RONI and Sweet Cheesus.
Can you make gluten-free and/or vegan pies?
We currently don’t have the capacity to offer gluten-free dough in addition to our regular dough.
We also don’t have any vegan pies at the moment, but we do plan to offer at least one vegan option in the near future when we expand our service hours.
How is your dough made?
Our dough is made from simple ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil) which are mixed and left to ferment slowly over 2-3 days. This creates a delicious crust that is crisp, airy and easy to digest.
