FAQ

How do online orders work?

Online orders are limited to two pies per order. Ordering goes live on the morning of each pick-up day (ex. Wed orders can be placed starting 12am on Wed morning).

Once time slots are filled they will no longer appear on the calendar - if no times are showing it means all pizzas for those time slots are sold out.

You are welcome to order to-go pies in person - if we are not busy orders are typically ready in 15-20 mins. If the kitchen is getting slammed it could take anywhere from 30-60+ minutes for your order.

Sorry we do not accept orders via text or email.

Can I eat my take-away order at the restaurant?

Take-away orders are for take-away only and cannot be transferred to a table for dine-in service.

If you wish to change your order from take-out to dine-in - please text us at 403-536-4075 to cancel your order at least one hour in advance of your pick-up time.

Do you accept reservations?

We do not accept reservations. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.

You can add yourself to our waitlist during busy periods. We cannot accommodate groups larger than 6 people. Your entire party must be present before being seated!

Do you offer gluten-free crust, lactose-free cheese, or vegan cheese?

We do not currently offer gluten-free crust as we have not yet developed a recipe that we would be happy to serve.

We also do not offer lactose-free or vegan cheese but hope to have an option at some point in the future.

How can I contact you?

If you need to cancel or make a change to a previously placed pick-up order, please send a message to our text only pizza line at 403-536-4075.

For all other inquiries, please send us an e-mail. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

Do you have free parking/where can I park?

We have one designated Noble Pie parking stall directly outside our door. You are welcome to park in the Metrovino/Cookbook Co stalls ONLY when their shutters are down (after 6pm). There is plenty of street parking on 10th & 11th Ave as well 6th & 7th Street in addition to two paid parking lots off 10th Ave.

Are children allowed and do you have high-chairs?

Kiddos are welcome, but please note we do not have high-chairs.

Do you offer slices?

No, we are not offering slices at this time—only whole pies.

Why is the crust on my pizza so dark, is it burnt?

We prefer a darker bake on our pies (they just taste better that way); therefore, it is common to see a level of charring and bubbling on our crust.

Why are there limited half+half options?

Some flavour profiles and topping combinations bake better together than others on a half + half. The options on our menu are the ones that stand up the best.

Why are there limited modification/substitution options?

Our pies are designed to be properly balanced – this is to ensure the flavours work in unison as originally intended without effecting the integrity of the crust. We have thoughtfully enabled certain modifications/substitutions based on our most frequent customer requests and also on what we feel works best!

Do you plan to offer delivery in the future?

We plan to operate as pick-up only for the foreseeable future as it enables us to have full control over the quality of your pizza from the time you place your order, to when we hand it off to you personally.

Do you have vegan-friendly options?

Our Marinara pie is vegan-friendly.

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

We are located in an old building that is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
